Potential Breaking Changes

- Statement Letters:

 - Custom wrappers for the statement letter procedure cusip_UMSStatementLetter_rpt will need to be updated to receive an additional "LocationNote" column of type NVARCHAR(MAX) in the temp table #StatementDetail.
 - Custom wrappers for the statement letter procedure cusip_UMSFlatStatementLetter_rpt will need to be updated to also receive the "LocationNote" column, only when Location Notes are included for statements in Statement Configuration.

Data Updates

- Statement Location Notes:

 - As a result of the added ability to include location notes in statements, all statement location notes set to expire on or after the date of upgrade will be altered during the upgrade.
 - Their expiration dates will be set to the day before the upgrade, to prevent accidentally sending old notes.
