Behavior Changes
--------------------------
- Delinquencies calculated before this upgrade will not have a stored Disconnect Date. When reprinting these delinquencies, the Disconnect Date will default to the current day.

Breaking Changes

- Removed legacy web services. Custom applications using the legacy web services will no longer function.

Potential Breaking Changes
--------------------------
- Any customs using cusip_DelinqRegister_rpt with the @i_AMSExport parameter greater than 0, a new column "DisconnectDate" has been added to the result set.

- DisconnectDate is now stored at calculation in tblDelqMaster.

- #16209: Renamed the Backflow Test Result Control Panel to Device Test Result Control Panel and added the ability to save test results to non-backflow inventory items.
- #16210: Added a new tab "Device Tests" under Manage Installations to view device testing history for location devices.
- #16211: Added two new reports: Device Testing History and Device Testing Schedule.
- #16423: The Device Test Result Control Panel has an import button to allow importing of test results for non-backflow inventory items.

- #16506: Move In Wizard will now alert the user if the incoming customer is associated with bad debt after clicking "Next" on the Customer page.

- #16711: Set a default testing schedule and test months for inventory models when custom test fields are configured for an existing inventory item type.
