Behavior Change¶

#18273: Tax lien transactions will now always target the location owner regardless of any other customer associations with the location. Prior to this release, the current customer would be targeted even if a different customer was specified as the location owner. The lien calculation remains unchanged.

#18273: Fixed an issue in certain lien process calculation scenarios that could disrupt the lien creation process when a tax lien transaction should have been created.
#19672: Removed fields intended only for credit cards from bank account payment transaction details in the Payment Services Dashboard.
